Lexington and Blue United Methodist Churches would like to welcome Reverend Raegan Seaton to Lexington. Pastor Seaton is an ordained elder in the Texas Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church. She has previously served as the Associate Pastor at St. John’s UMC in Texas City and St. Mark’s UMC in Baytown. At St. Mark’s, she oversaw the contemporary worship service, missions, and evangelism. Raegan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University as well as a Masters of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary.
Pastor Seaton is a lifelong Methodist and a Native Texan. She got her call to ministry during a mission trip to Guatemala. At Seminary, she met her husband John Seaton, who is also a United Methodist. They have been married almost 11 years, and are the proud parents to Joshua (8) and James (6). Joshua will be going into 3rd grade and James will be going into 1st grade. They also have two lovable dogs, Lily and Lyle.
When not at work, Raegan loves to bake, travel with her family, and watch her boys play sports. The Seatons are a huge sports family, and especially love college football. Raegan looks forward to the opportunity to join the wonderful ministries that are going on at Lexington and Blue, and serve alongside the congregation in bringing the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world.
